If you are on this page, that likely means that you are checking out details about BCM Leadership as you are interested into giving your time and talents to serving BCM. We are so excited you would consider applying. Here at the BCM, we seek to be student led, staff led, and Spirit-led. We want to see students like you be sent out to love and serve this campus in the same way that Jesus sent out his disciples. We interview for a new leadership team every February and our leadership term runs from March to March. Below you will find descriptions for each of our primary leadership teams. If you have additional questions ask a staff member.

Outreach Leader
The heart of the outreach leader is to create an intentional space of hospitality and for others to be known. We are not looking for a specific personality type for this role. The ideal servant leader for this position loves people and desires to create a culture of outreach at BCM, within the family group he or she is assigned and beyond at Tuesday Night worship and on campus. This is a leadership role that can dynamically change the way new students interact with the community at BCM.
Family Group Leader
The heart of a discipleship leader is to walk closely with fellow peers to lead them closer to Jesus Christ. The task is to develop and foster a culture of discipleship in the BCM, specifically in the family group to which he or she is assigned through leading Bible studies and meeting with peers. The ideal servant leader for this position has a deep love for their peers and a heart to see them walk more deeply with Christ and works well with others to accomplish a common goal.
After reading the descriptions of the different roles and praying if you still have questions feel free to reach out to Talon Brandon at (479) 531-1476.
